I am a fully Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping others learn how to show up and be their best selves while living their authentic lives. I believe in cultivating a strong therapeutic partnership and identifying obstacles to one's goals. This could be connecting with their partners on a deeper level or to help people explore their identity(ies). I understand how the world can be a very difficult place and that asking for help can be hard, but we all need help sometimes. We all need a safe place free of judgment where we can feel seen and heard.
