I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing behavioral health concerns that include depression, anxiety, mood issues, grief, trauma, transitions, and other life stressors. I believe in meeting people where they are emotionally and mentally. I am passionate about empowering individuals to lead a healthy and productive life. I also like to incorporate play and art therapy.
