Are you feeling stuck? Often we get trapped in old patterns and habits that once worked for us but no longer do. My goal is to provide a place where you feel safe and understood. We will work together to explore and identify the areas of your life that you would like to better understand and develop plans to help you reach your goals. I have extensive experience with trauma, anxiety (including social anxiety, phobias and OCD) depression, stress management and parenting, among others. I offer children, teens and adults a non-judgmental place to come speak confidentially. I have seen my clients find success with my treatment approaches combining CBT, mindfulness, EMDR and a psychodynamic oriented approach. I am trained in EMDR and have seen this form of therapy create lasting, transformative change for people. We will find a path forward utilizing approaches that are both evidence based and the right fit for you.
