I help clients gain clarity on their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions as they navigate life's challenges. I have completed specialized training in perinatal mental health and am especially passionate about supporting individuals through perinatal and postpartum transitions, including postpartum anxiety/depression and offering assistance to seasoned, new, soon-to-be, and hopeful parents. I have experience supporting clients with parenting and concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and adjustment disorders. Additional areas of expertise include executive functioning, 504 plans, IEPs, and post-secondary disability services.
