Hi, My name is Heidi Strater LCSW. I have over 25 years of experience working with adults to help them navigate the challenges that life can bring. I am comfortable working with adults of any age. I have experience working with individuals who have depression bipolar anxiety depression grief substance abuse and with caregivers. I believe that no one approach works with every client. I use CBT and DBT along with other modalities to tailor a therapeutic plan for each client.
