Therapy is an incredible way to meet the very human need to feel understood. While you’ve made it through difficult situations alone, it's an especially healing process to do so with someone else. I'm committed to helping individuals overcome periods of stagnation. I borrow from a variety of modalities and actively collaborate with you to either bring up solutions or simply ask questions that work towards sustained, meaningful self-awareness and growth. My goal is to create a space where you can express what's important and genuine. Together, we'll bring into focus associations & patterns and how they limit and/or enrich your life. I have been described as warm & grounded. I am non-pathologizing & have worked extensively with creatives on their practice, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, prolonged grief disorder, burnout, communication, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-compassion, body image, substance abuse, parenting & infertility. I also offer EMDR.
