Life can be overwhelming at times, whether you are a stressed out parent dealing with a challenging teen or simply trying to get back on your feet after a difficult situation, don't wait any longer before asking for help. As an experienced therapist, I have helped families, children, teens and adults resolve intense conflict, heal from personal issues, and work towards a peaceful life. Becoming a healthy person involves not only an active body and sound mind, but the belief that you are worthy of becoming the best you can be. My training in the area of family therapy has provided me with a broad background to work with even the toughest situations. I enjoy the challenge of working with kids to build bridges within the family and help them grow into the person they are meant to be.
