Welcome to Tupa Therapy PLLC! You are not alone. I deeply value the relationship that develops in therapy. I provide individual psychotherapy to children (6+), adolescents, adults, and older adults from diverse backgrounds. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, strengths based and tailored to the needs of each person. The therapeutic environment is relaxed and nonjudgmental. Everyone's therapy journey looks different. We will work together to help you achieve your goals for healing.
