There are challenges common to many of us throughout our lives: grief, pain, sadness, anxiety, betrayal, trauma, loneliness, disconnection, questions of faith, issues of identity, etc. Grappling with such issues is normal, and our responses to them usually make sense within the context of our circumstances. Since we are hardwired for connection, it is natural to enlist the help of another human to walk with us through these experiences. It is my goal to help you deepen your understanding of and connection to yourself and others in the process.
