I am an experienced, engaging licensed professional counselor who brings warmth, humor and acceptance into my practice. My approach is strength-based, client centered and relationship-based to meet the individual needs of each client. I have found that a trusting relationship allows me to fully understand the person, provides an opportunity to work together, and allows us to explore the challenges that you are facing while working toward achieving your specific goals. I use a variety of techniques based on individual needs to support people as they process their experiences, identify emotions, and build coping tools. My experience has been helping adults struggling with different issues such as substance use, process addictions, anxiety, depression, family problems, and parenting.
