Hi, nice to meet you! I’m Heidy, a bilingual Associate Clinical Social Worker. As a Latina, I honor community, culture, diversity & ancestral wisdom while supporting people through challenging times such as life transitions, multi-layered grief, several forms of trauma, perinatal mental health, identity exploration, navigating systemic barriers, body somatization & relationship/intimacy challenges. Healing can often be experienced as liberation, freedom, validation, personal growth, even resistance to stigma/oppression.
