Psychotherapy is an essential tool for today's society in order to cope with life stressors, ailments, and psychological distress and trauma. I believe in forming a positive relationship with each of my clients, by providing them with a safe, non-judgmental environment, empathy, genuiness and a collaborative effort. Ultimately, my goal is to promote positive changes in my client's life, help alleviate emotional distress and create healthy relationships within their lives and community. Given the human condition, we all must face obstacles in our lives and at times we can all use some help and guidance while feeling safe, comfortable and committed. Often a client might need to be challenged in order to achieve growth.
