I am a licensed professional counselor who understands life circumstances can cause stress, anxiety, depression, anger and a host of other emotions. I enjoy helping people find their strengths and have worked with people who have anxiety, depression, problems with addiction, PTSD, ADHD and anger management issues. I believe people accomplish their goals and can thrive when supported in developing their strengths, healing attachment and emotional wounds and enhancing self-esteem.
