Hi, I am Heidy Salguero, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping my clients face life challenges through compassion, education, and empowerment. My therapeutic approach is client centered. I will meet you where you are and together build an alliance to help you meet your goals. My licensure as a clinical social worker and my extensive experience in various clinical settings have prepared me for a wide range of mental health challenges. My most used theoretical approaches are Person-Centered Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy.
