I am currently offering evening and Saturday hours. I enjoy helping people increase self-awareness, heal and improve their life and relationships. I use a variety of approaches, including client centered, strength based, focused on goals set by each client. I work with Individuals, Couples using EMDR, Intimacy from the Inside-Out, dealing with PTSD, trauma, anxiety, attachments issues, relationships, addictions, and mortality. I enjoy working with individuals, partners, couples and families. I believe in the power of focused healing, increased awareness, compassion, hope and love.
