Hi, I'm Helen - a Filipina-American therapist. My ideal client is capable, thoughtful, and outwardly functional—yet internally braced. They manage responsibility well, but their nervous system rarely settles. Rest feels uneasy, closeness can feel risky, and success often comes with a quiet cost. They don’t need more insight or tools; they need a space where nothing is required of them. Their goal is not transformation, but capacity—the ability to tolerate ease, presence, and connection without vigilance, guilt, or self-override.
