Acknowledging the need for change as well as identifying things to work on is the first step in any journey towards self-exploration and growth. I am incredibly passionate about helping people gain further insight on their patterns of behavior, developing insight, and recognizing how to weave it all together to make lasting change. I am someone who believes that understanding the root of a problem is one of the best ways to address repeating issues and help build tolerance around consistent change and transition periods of life. I believe that people’s ability to change and grow is directly related to their ability to look within.
