You don’t need to navigate the challenges of life alone. So often, we feel stuck—unsure where to turn or who to lean on for support. I work with teens and young adults who feel lost or overwhelmed while moving through life transitions: grief, anxiety, breakups, or simply the messy process of figuring out who you are. Therapy with me is real and human — a space where you can show up exactly as you are, laugh if you need to, cry if you need to, and feel seen and supported through it all. My approach is warm, grounded, and sometimes even a little funny — I believe healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy.
