As a PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certified) Therapist licensed in Virginia and Washington, DC and a certified Women's Mental Health Specialist, I support women & maternal mental health during their preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and/or life transitions. Whether it is her first time motherhood, second pregnancy loss, or a third embryo transfer, it may undeniably be one of the toughest seasons of a woman’s life. As a mother myself, I am passionate and dedicated in supporting women's mental health and the various challenges women are faced with. I believe therapy is part art and part science. I strive to use evidence based treatments to offer appropriate frameworks but tailor the way it best suits my clients’ needs.
