In life, people are sometimes feeling stuck, frustrated, or overwhelmed as a result of current life stressors or have been living with long-standing issues. I have often observed that many people don’t remember their inner resources or feel they never have any inner wisdom when they are in challenging situations. I believe that therapeutic process could help people remember their innate resources such as strengths, wisdom, positive emotions, etc.I will support people in improving their lives by gaining personal insights, making healthier choices in difficult times, and allowing for positive change to occur in their lives. 저는 Korean American 심리치료사로 한국과 미국 문화, 미국에 사는 한국인의 가족관계의 갈등, 그리고 세대간의 대물림되는 상처 (Intergenerational Trauma) 에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 미국에 살아가는 한국 내담자의 내면의 갈등을 치유해가는 과정을 돕고 있습니다. "사랑"이라는 이름으로 깊은 상처를 경험한 분들, 자신을 보호하거나 사랑할 힘이 없다고 느끼는 분들과 함께 다양한 접근법 (IFS, EMDR Therapy, Art Therapy, CBT)을 통해 내면의 상처를 치유하고, 성장의 기쁨을 느낄 수 있도록 돕고 있습니다.
