Hello, it's nice to meet you! Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious, overwhelmed and uncertain about how to navigate through their lives. Multiple demands from career, relationships, family/friends can make life feel insurmountable. There is no greater value than investing in yourself and being better equipped to manage the various facets of life. I currently focus my clinical work with healthcare professionals, psychologists, mental health providers, entrepreneurs, business executives, couples, adults, and Asian Americans navigating their racial, ethnic, sexual, professional and spiritual identity. Many childhood experiences impact the way you experience the world as well as how you relate with others. Part of my process is to support you in addressing current stressors, exploring your upbringing, life experiences, relationships and worldviews. I will help you identify practical ways to resolve conflict to experience meaningful change in your life.
