I offer a warm and inviting space where you can bring the parts of yourself that feel heavy, confusing, or unresolved. I walk alongside individuals navigating grief and loss, including death of loved ones, infertility or IVF struggles, identity shifts, or the loss of a future you imagined. These experiences can bring sadness, anger, numbness, or isolation, especially when you feel like no one understands. I also support those exploring their identity, whether related to culture, life transitions, or career paths, helping you make sense of your past while creating space for who you’re becoming. As an Asian American therapist, I offer a personalized, culturally sensitive, and collaborative approach. I help you build awareness, self-compassion, and clarity to live in ways that feel aligned and authentic to you. I work with adults in Torrance, Redondo Beach, Lomita, and the South Bay, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions in California.
