I am dedicated to supporting individuals throughout their therapeutic experience, fostering awareness and change. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and solution-based therapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, trauma, abuse, and ADHD. An individualized eclectic approach is taken to help the client define goals and objectives. I offer a therapeutic relationship that is comfortable, warm, and open to discussing all issues. Through support and understanding we can explore all issues.
