About
As a former conference planner with a bachelor's degree in both biology and German studies, I believe that the direct path is not always the most transformational. I've worked as a high school counselor and as community outreach therapist, conducting sessions in elementary, middle, and high schools in the Greater Lowell area. While I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, I've worked most frequently with children, adolescents, and young adults, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community. View 5 Photos My areas of strength include the treatment of depression, self-harm, and borderline personality disorder. My work takes a holistic, person-centered approach, with a focus on the therapeutic alliance and authenticity in session. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy add structure and concrete skills to my treatment plans.
