My name is Helen Lozano (LCSW 101068) and my approach to therapy is collaborative, as you are the expert on your life and my role is to assist in achieving your goals. The overarching focus of my areas of practice is to increase healing and decrease pain, hurt; this is done by addressing anxiety, depression, stress, and other underlying issues. I have typically worked with pre-adolescent, adolescent, adults, and older adults providing treatment to address anxiety, depressive, trauma, and stressor conditions.
