A safe space for Connection, Compassion and Healing is my primary goal with working with people. My name is Helen and I am the owner of The Therapeutic Wellness Practice, and I truly believe it's a privilege & honor for someone to allow me to be a part of their world during challenging, painful and vulnerable times. We will begin where you are and create and path that you are comfortable with and take the steps together in moving forward with creating growth and healing. At times change seems impossible and just too difficult to achieve, with support and encouragement we will create that foundation so that it can occur.
