I call my therapy practice Resilient Hearts because I believe in the inherent potential in all of us to evolve, make productive change, and (when needed) heal. Even the space at RH adapts to the needs of the client; providing a cozy place for talk therapy, a table for making things by hand, and TOYS for those who need to play. Clients are encouraged to express themselves through talking, play, and the expressive arts. My therapy practice combines training and experience using evidence based practices as a psychotherapist with 30 years facilitating therapeutic art experiences, 14 of which was with preschoolers. I am grateful for this job as I worked with individuals with a wide breadth of issues. I am comfortable working with most diagnoses and symptoms. I have specialties in trauma, nervous system disorders, and psychosis. I also have 14 years experience with preschool age children.
