I work with children ages 5+, teens, families, & young adults. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, adoption & foster care, neurodivergence, social skill development, conflict resolution, & life transitions. I hold specialized training & experience in Adoption Competency & enjoy working with adoptive & foster care youth, alongside their families, as they navigate the changes, challenges, & unique aspects of these transitions, attachments, & family roles. I work collaboratively with my clients, respecting their autonomy, while create a therapeutic environment that feels inclusive, safe, and empowering.
