I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and I'm licensed in MA and CT. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. I utilize evidenced based treatments including, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Mindfulness. In 2005, I earned my MSW degree during which time I trained at the Tewksbury State Hospital and at the Department of Veteran Affairs. I have over 17 years of experience in working with adults struggling with medical conditions, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, as well as issues related to the LGBTQI+ community.
