Hello! I have been a practicing therapist for over 40 years and provide individual, couples and family therapy. I have trained many new therapists and taught at university. I like to adapt my therapy to each person, set goals and take steps toward success. I use supportive therapy, insight oriented therapy, brief solution focused therapy and provide psych education and coping skills to deal with such problems as anxiety or depression. I am easy to talk to and understand multicultural counseling especially clients who are Latino.
