I specialize in helping individuals and couples break free from patterns that hold them back from living fulfilling, connected lives. Whether you’re facing communication struggles, a cycle of disconnection and emotional pain in your relationship, or operating with maladaptive coping strategies, I’m here to guide you in creating lasting change. Generally things that are unfamiliar feel scary, and therapy with someone new may illicit fear. I believe that the first step in transformation is facing those feelings with someone who can support as you navigate the path to a more self-compassionate, authentic life. I view therapy as a collaborative endeavor where you are the expert of you and I provide supportive, non-judgmental, and, when appropriate, directive feedback to help you compassionately sort through unhelpful patterns of relating to yourself and others. We will look at the root causes, and I will provide tools for growth.
