About

I work with couples, families, and individuals. I'm trained to work with individual clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, religious trauma, perinatal mental health, and LGBTQ+ exploration. I'm experienced in working with parents, adolescents, familial transitions, relational strains, infidelity, and ambivalence in romantic dyads. I have extensive training in psychedelic integration and experience with entheogenic substances. I work from a relational, humanistic, social justice orientation. My background in childcare and training in systems theory means I can be most helpful for those struggling with relational issues at any life stage. As a queer, cis, White therapist, I strive to make my therapy room a safe haven for those who have been systemically oppressed. I take the client as the expert in their own lives as a collaborative therapist.
