English | Français Hello/bonjour, I’m Helene. I offer psychotherapy for individuals and couples in English and French. I specialize in helping couples and CNM folks move beyond painful communication patterns and recurring conflicts, toward a more sincere, vibrant, and secure relationship. I also support expats and people from international backgrounds who are struggling to adjust and feel like they don’t quite belong. You can expect warmth, care, encouragement and honesty when working with me. Sessions will feel like a dialogue and, as your co-pilot, I’ll bring insight and tools to help you deepen your self-awareness and foster growth. I’m trained in psychodynamic therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and attachment theory.
