I love helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, challenges with setting boundaries, and the lingering effects of difficult childhood experiences. My approach focuses on supporting emotional healing and personal growth, tailored to each individual's needs. I am passionate about working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including immigrants and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Whatever your journey looks like, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you take these brave steps toward healing and growth. One of the modalities I use is Brainspotting, which helps access deep, unconscious parts of the brain where trauma and emotional pain are stored. By focusing on specific eye positions, it taps into the connection between visual focus and the brain’s trauma processing, allowing for deeper emotional healing. I also integrate other therapeutic techniques.
