I am Dale Labrum, the Clinical Director of the Help and Hope Counseling team. Do you feel like anxiety, stress, depression or anger are your constant unwanted companions? I'm here to walk along side of you and bring "Help and Hope" back into your life! My specialties include PTSD (trauma), and ADHD in children or adults. Parents will also find parenting tools to raise their ADHD children! I am "person centered." I teach life skills and have a holistic approach to managing mental health: Body, Soul, and Spirit. I also provide therapy from a Christian World view if requested. We accept and love people of all faiths and background.
