As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Somatic practitioner, and SEP, I believe in a strength-based approach to help each person discover their own unique strengths and abilities. As a happily married woman myself and a proud mother of a beautiful family, I draw on my personal and professional trainings to help individuals, couples and families lead more loving, involved and happy lives together. Working with a holistic approach, I may integrate many modalities, to tailor the healing to each individual. I am trained in EMDR (Emdria certified) SE, SRT, dARE, DBT, FBT, CBT, and TIST. My approach is soft and gentle yet goal oriented.
