My goal as your therapist is to help navigate these questions. I believe in gaining insight, exploring values and understanding how the world and systems impact you and your sense of self. Do you want to increase your child’s confidence, ability to understand the world, and tolerance for distress through play? I believe that children have the ability to process and grow through play while simultaneously supporting your needs as a parent.
