Hello, I'm Henry. Growing up on the East Coast, I learned to catch crabs and I had a small farm with sheep, chickens and peacocks. My wife and I delivered lambs, which taught me a lot about patience and care. Professionally, I became familiar with school IEPs and the challenges faced by overwhelmed parents This started my interest for helping families/individuals navigate difficult times. I had the privilege of studying with some of the pioneers in modern psychotherapy, including William Glasser, Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, and Gary Landreth. Their teachings have profoundly influenced my approach to therapy.
