I am a firm believer that although therapy is work, there should be humor and levity while tackling the hard work of change together. I believe therapy is best when it's a collaborative process, so you won't feel judged or talked down to in our work together. We are on the same team and will work towards finding solutions that fit your particular goals. In working with me you can expect a warm and authentic, strengths based approach. A typical session might range from exploring a recent event from the week, identifying relational patterns, or enacting a targeted behavioral intervention.
