As a therapist, I’m a lifelong student of the ways people make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. I offer time-tested methods, including EMDR, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy to help individuals and couples improve their well-being at its source. I meet with clients via secure telehealth, or at a comfortable private office in Chelsea. I also offer optional collaboration with experienced physicians, depending on your preferences and needs; this may include lifestyle interventions, or newer methods like supervised ketamine/psychedelic treatments to assist our work in therapy. As a Columbia-trained therapist and a published researcher, I integrate therapy methods that deepen insight while building capacity for more flexible, intentional, and rewarding living. Whether you're new to therapy, or looking for fresh approaches, we'll work together to address your concerns with practical, focused plans for change.
