Clients come to me with stress, sadness, anxiety, guilt, grief, shame, confusion, addictions, relationship issues and trauma. Clients often need help with processing overwhelming emotional experiences and getting back to a place where they can 'self-regulate' their own nervous systems during tough times. My work focuses on a somatic/body-centered, trauma informed, mindfulness-based approach. Clients who work with me find that the therapeutic relationship serves as a resource for getting where they want to be in their lives. With therapeutic support, difficult experiences help guide us to our innate wisdom, strength and resilience.
