I enjoy building relationships and promoting positive changes in people's lives. My clients often struggle with depression, anxiety, OCD, gay men's issues, phobias, relationships, sleep problems, self esteem and confidence. I am especially interested in working with gay identified men and people struggling with phobias or OCD, but love working with all sorts of folks and issues. Working collaboratively with clients, I try to help them find alternative ways of dealing with life's challenges. I believe therapy helps people become more authentic and well balanced version of themselves and not be controlled by anxiety or depression. I most often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy. I strive to be flexible and adaptive to the individual needs of my clients.
