I’ve supported people navigating depression, anxiety, alcoholism, addiction, relationship challenges, and life transitions—reminding me that these struggles can affect anyone, regardless of background. Alongside my clinical work, I’ve also volunteered in shelters, mentored students, and served in leadership roles, which has deepened my perspective on resilience and healing.
