Navigating through life and its obstacles can be overwhelming and exhausting. Reaching out to ask for support can be difficult and yet the most important first step to creating change. Feeling nervous or cautious about that first step is normal and okay. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive atmosphere that gives space for you to express yourself openly. My approach to therapy begins with fostering an open and safe relationship that promotes healing, growth, and empowerment. I like to collaborate with each client to identify, set, and achieve goals to address their specific challenges and concerns.
