I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience in the field. In my practice I assist my clients with resolving and healing issues which are preventing them from living their best life. Issues may vary from childhood traumas and life-long patterns, to recent life changes causing distress. Throughout my career I have worked with individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, self-limiting/self-sabotaging patterns, and relationship issues to name a few. I am a trauma-focused clinician trained in EMDR.
