When I think about my ideal client, I imagine someone who has been carrying emotional pain longer than they would ever admit out loud. They are the type of person who shows up for everyone else — family, friends, work, responsibilities — but deep inside, they feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck. They’ve been trying to hold everything together, and while they’ve learned how to push through, they haven’t learned how to truly heal. My ideal client is strong, but tired. Capable, but hurting. Functional, but quietly struggling. This person may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, unresolved grief, or conflicts help individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges develop healthier ways to cope, understand their symptoms, and build stronger daily functioning. With experience and practical guidance, I support clients in healing, gaining confidence, and improving their overall quality of life.
