I am trained systemically and relationally as a Marriage and Family Therapist. This means that even when I’m working with you individually, I’m holding you in the context of your relationships—past and present—and your relationship with the world around you. I believe our struggles rarely exist in isolation, and that understanding relational patterns can be an important and empowering part of healing. My clinical experience includes working with families, couples, and individuals navigating transitions, as well as clients processing grief, trauma, shifts within the family system, and emotional overwhelm.
