I practice from a multicultural integrative approach in cognitive-behavioral therapy with a solution-focus to empower my clients to reach their goals from a wellness modality of mental, spiritual, and physical health. I am a trauma certified therapist who works to incorporate a variety of modalities to meet my clients where they are. I have experience in working with children and adults alike who struggle with anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. I specialize in children and adolescents and am skilled in play therapy.
