As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 14 years of experience, I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and play therapy techniques to provide a compassionate, individualized approach to healing. For younger clients, I use play therapy techniques to help them express emotions and build coping skills in a creative, non-verbal way.
