At High Rockies Counseling, our team provides therapy for teens, adolescents, and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burned out by anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and perfectionism. Many of the clients we work with are high-achievers, people-pleasers, and deep thinkers who appear “put together” on the outside but may struggle internally with overthinking, self-doubt, emotional regulation, or feeling like they are never quite enough. We offer a blend of therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These therapies are commonly used to treat anxiety, depression, and trauma- related issues. As an optional service, some of our therapists offer Christian counseling.
